Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and registration for events organized by Bay Area Run Club, San Francisco, CA. By registering or using the site you agree to these terms.

Refunds and cancellations

Registration fees are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, we will offer a transfer to a future event or a refund at our discretion.

Conduct

Follow all event rules, course marshal instructions, and applicable laws. We may remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Media

By participating you consent to being photographed or filmed at events, and to our use of that media to promote Bay Area Run Club.
